1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one NA88 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. NA88 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details. 4 Deposits and Payments

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used and may be updated by NA88 from time to time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your NA88 account — are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from NA88 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown at the time of request.

7 Betting and Game Rules

All games available on NA88 — including fishing games, crash games, slots, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games on NA88 use certified random number generators (RNG). The RTP (return to player) for each game is independently audited and published. NA88 does not and cannot alter game outcomes based on individual player behaviour, session history, or account balance.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. NA88 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the NA88 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one NA88 account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the NA88 platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing NA88 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Registering or playing on NA88 while under the age of 18.

NA88 monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, NA88 will suspend the account, investigate, and take appropriate action — which may include permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

NA88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players.

Players may also close their own NA88 account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
